Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To respect both your time and our team’s, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

1. Notice Requirement

We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.

2. Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

3. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or if our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the full service fee will be charged.

4. Courtesy Exception

We understand emergencies can arise. As a courtesy, we offer one waived late cancellation fee per client (for recurring customers) every 12 months.

5. Rescheduling

You’re welcome to reschedule your cleaning within the required notice period at no charge. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.
